Brake Replacements 

On Site Mobile Mechanic is not responsible for broken or damaged brake components due to lack of maintenance, age or previous work done to the vehicle. 

 

Oil Changes

On Site Mobile Mechanic is not responsible for broken or damaged engine components due to lack of maintenance, age or previous work done to the vehicle. 

 

Suspension Replacements 

On Site Mobile Mechanic is not responsible for broken or damaged suspension  components due to lack of maintenance, age or previous work done to the vehicle. If alignment is required, the customer will have to take the vehicle to a licensed shop to do an alignment. 

 

Tire Changes

It is recommended that when tires are changed that they are re-torqued after 100km.  This action makes sure that the lug nuts that have been removed and replaced after the tire change,  have remained at the correct manufacturer spec. 

 

On Site Mobile Mechanic does not provide re-torquing as a free service due to the mobility of the business. 

On Site Mobile Mechanic is not responsible for broken or stripped lug nuts, wheel locks, wheel keys/lost wheel Keys

 

Appointments

• Appointments may be changed for safety reasons due to inclement weather

• On arrival if a technician cannot perform the arranged service  for any reason there will be an automatic  mandatory $49.00 service fee for travel and time.
