By phone, text, or online. If booking on line provide your vehicle details, location, and the issue you're experiencing.

5. How much do our services cost?

Pricing depends on the type of service, parts required, and vehicle make/model. We provide upfront quotes before any work begins. There are no hidden fees.

6.  Do we do diagnosis service calls?

Yes, if you are hearing noises while driving, or experiencing other issues with your car, give us a call or text to book an appointment. 
 

7. How long does a typical service take?

Most services take between 1–3 hours. More complex repairs may take longer and we will give you an estimated timeframe in advance.

8. What if your car needs major repairs?

If a repair cannot be safely completed on site, we’ll advise you on the next steps and help guide you to the best solution.

9. Do we offer emergency or same day service?

Yes, same day and emergency services may be available depending on scheduling. Additional fees may apply.

10. Is my work guaranteed?

Yes, we stand behind our work. Warranty coverage may vary depending on the service and parts used ask for details when booking.

11. What payment methods do we accept?

We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards, and e-transfers

12. Do you need to be present during the service?

It’s recommended, but not always required. As long as we have access to the vehicle and approval to proceed, we can complete the job.

13. Is mobile mechanic service as reliable as a shop?
